This page explains what information Scrap Buyer Musaffah collects when you use metalscrapmusaffah.com, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated: 18 October 2026.
Who we are
Scrap Buyer Musaffah is a scrap metal yard at Musaffah M42, near Bin Mansoor Plastic Factory, Abu Dhabi. For anything about your information, email info@metalscrapmusaffah.com or call +971 52 727 0105.
What we collect when you send an enquiry
If you fill in the enquiry form, we receive:
- your name and phone number
- the metal, the rough quantity and your area, if you give them
- your message
- the language of the page, the page address, your IP address and the time you sent it
The enquiry is saved in a database on our hosting server and sent to our email inbox, so that we can call or message you back with a rate. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the deal.
When you call or WhatsApp us
If you call or message us, we see your phone number and whatever you send, including photos of your scrap. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy covers how WhatsApp handles your messages.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and records things like the pages you open, your device, your browser and your approximate location (city or country, not your exact address). We do not use it to identify you by name. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.
Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel (from the company that runs Facebook and Instagram). It records when a page is viewed and when someone taps our phone, WhatsApp or email link. We use this to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who may need a scrap buyer in Abu Dhabi. Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account under its own policy. You can control this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings and with your browser's cookie settings.
Cloudflare and our hosting
The site runs through Cloudflare, which protects it from attacks and makes it load faster. Cloudflare and our hosting server keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses and the time of each request, for security.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them.
- We do not ask for card or bank details on this website.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and for our business records, then delete them. Google and Meta keep their data for the periods set in their own policies.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@metalscrapmusaffah.com with your name and the phone number you used, so we can find your enquiry, and we will reply. We handle personal data in line with UAE law.
Children
This website is for businesses and adults selling scrap metal. It is not meant for children.
Changes to this page
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
